About Natalie
Natalie has been working at Prosser Knowles since September 2008 having started as an Office Administrator. As we grew as a company, Natalie realised that her preferred focus was client care rather than moving into advising. She wanted to help lead a team to provide high quality care and servicing to our clients.
Natalie took the Certificate in Regulated Customer Care and went on to complete Level 2 and 3 in Management as well as a level 4 Tech Cert.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
The people I work with and being part of a team.
How do you most like to spend your time outside of work?
I have two young children so spending time together as a family is really important. Going for a picnic in the campervan is one of their favourite things to do.

What makes you laugh?
My husband’s inappropriate humour.
Is there a quote or motto you try to live by?
“If it’s not a yes, it’s a no” – Basically, if something doesn’t feel right for any reason then it probably isn’t.
An achievement you’re really proud of…
My children.
Something people might be surprised to learn about you…
I love horse racing. We have four racehorses of our own. It can be quite stressful at times, but it can be very rewarding seeing them enjoying their work as well as down time.
