Our new partnership with The Family Haven

We’re delighted to announce that Prosser Knowles are the first company to join The Family Haven’s new Corporate Partnership Scheme, committing to provide funding and support for the next two years so they can continue to help vulnerable families in the Gloucestershire area.

The families they help are often homeless, living in unsuitable accommodation, or stuck in the poverty loop as a result of their social and economic circumstances.

The Family Haven provide a lifeline to families who often have no support systems around them and who need advice, guidance, and support to help them feel empowered to make changes themselves.

This video helps to explain just how much of a difference this local charity makes to people’s lives and why we feel they are so deserving of any help we can provide.

In addition to the recently agreed funding, we have already:

• Supplied advent calendars in December for the children they currently support
• Hosted a Christmas Jumper Day with all proceeds going to The Family Haven
• Donated deposits from a team Christmas meal that didn’t go ahead
• Members of our team have committed to help run the tea shop at Colesbourne Park on 29 and 30 January, with all proceeds going to The Family Haven. Colesbourne Gardens is the premier place to see the snowdrops in bloom, as well as an arboretum of rare trees privately collected over the past 120 years.
