I have worked in client services for over 10 years, in a number of different industries.
I have been recruited into this role for my experience in the client journey, team development and caseload management.
I am responsible for the service we deliver to our clients; the processes and the team behind it.
I enjoy supporting my team to achieve their goals, watching them deliver great client outcomes while progressing in their own skills.
