About Laura
Laura began at Prosser Knowles in 2011 as an Apprentice Administrator at the age of 16. She moved into an advisory role at 19, becoming one of the youngest Financial Planners in the country. She has now been advising in the sector for nine years with a focus on uncomplicating retirement for her clients and making advice more adaptable to clients’ needs.
Any firm or individual carrying out a regulated financial services activity must be authorised and registered by the FCA. Laura’s registration. All financial advisers and planners in the UK are also required to hold a Statement of Professional Standing (SPS). Laura’s SPS.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Helping clients achieve their goals. It’s immensely rewarding when you can assist clients in forging a path forward that they may have thought was unachievable.
How do you most like to spend your time outside of work?
I love spending time outdoors with my young daughter and two German Shepherds.
Is there a quote or motto you try to live by?
"You reap what you sow in life." Hard work and determination will be rewarded.
An achievement you’re really proud of…
I feel like my greatest achievement has been my determination to climb the ladder in the industry from a young age. I started at Prosser Knowles as an Administration Apprentice at 16, proceeded to become a qualified mortgage adviser at 17 and a fully qualified independent financial adviser at 19 – one of the youngest in the country at the time.
