Your new year 2024 company update

We’ve had a busy start to 2024, with a new team member joining us and four of our Financial Planning Consultants passing a key exam.

4 Prosser Knowles Financial Planning Consultants obtain a new qualification

First, we’re offering our congratulations to Jon Bissett, Dan Morris, Alex Bengtsson, and Dale Gough for passing a core London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) exam in late January.

These four Financial Planning Consultants took the Managing Investments (MANI) examination, an important exam that allows them to exemplify their knowledge and expertise in:

• Overseeing a client’s investment portfolio with their long-term goals in mind
• Measuring investment performance against a client’s objectives.

Well done to Jon, Dan, Alex, and Dale – your hard work has truly paid off!

Welcoming our new Client Operations Manager, Jenny Billingham, to the team

Alongside welcoming in a new year, we also ushered in a new staff member, Jenny, who will be working as our Client Operations Manager.

We caught up with Jenny to see how her first few weeks at Prosser Knowles have been.

What is your new role here at Prosser Knowles?

I am the Client Operations Manager. I am responsible for the service we deliver to our clients, which includes maintaining and improving our processes as well as the team behind it.

How did you first get into financial services?

I moved to financial services a little more than five years ago when I started working in a mortgage and protection brokerage; there, I was responsible for managing the team and client journey. I wanted to take the next step in moving to a bigger firm, which is what I have found in my new role at Prosser Knowles.

How are you settling into the new job?

I have found everyone here so friendly and welcoming. I am still getting to know the people, systems, and processes, but I am excited about the journey ahead.

What are your interests and hobbies outside of work?

I like watching films, baking, and exercise.
